I have been active in the Sacramento real estate market since 2002. I have assisted buyers and sellers in all of the Sacrament valley area, from single family homes, investment properties, horse property, to multi-unit complexes. I have received numerous awards for professionalism and expertise, and am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I have served as a Real Estate Office Manager, Director of Training for one of the largest Sacramento real estate firms, and now Vice President of Morris Williams Realty. I am the founder and host of The Golden State Report (formerly the Mike Gray Real Estate Hour), heard every weekend on AM 1380. For me personally, real estate is about relationships…hence my business mandate: “More than a Realtor…You Have a Friend!” I live in Cool, CA.
