I worked with Mike Gray in selling two duplexes and a vacant lot in Roseville. It was great working with Mike. He is the consummate professional. He knows the market and is a great negotiator. What I particularly liked about his approach is that I told him what I want for the properties, based on his feedback on the market, and he went ahead and got me what I wanted. It would have been easier for him to try to convince me that my expectation was too high or to persuade me to take a lower offer to close the deals fast. But he never did that. He accepted my price expectation and diligently found a buyer who could meet my expectations. He is timely, always kept me informed and is the perfect person to represent anyone on a real estate deal. I found a buyer for the lot myself. But Mike still helped me with the paperwork and some communication with the buyer for a very nominal cost. That was going way above and beyond what he needed to do.
